Craig Polito has worked in the retail automotive business for 37 years. For the last 3 years Craig has focused with major OEM designing the process for in store training using their Digital Retailing tool. Craig participated in the national rollout for launching the in-store training curriculum for using and best practices of today's Digital Retailing.
He started his consulting career in 1993 with Half A Car, a lease training company. Craig was one of the 10 team members involved in the development of Cyber Car, the first internet consulting company in the Automotive Retail Business. At Cyber Car, he developed Ford’s entire e-Business program and performed the national in-store training for five years. He also launched the Ford Direct 3rd part buying service for Ford Motor Company.

His curriculum has been so well received that it’s been certified as part of Toyota’s University where salespeople and managers throughout the network receive ongoing learning credits toward sales certification. Craig has also been the Keynote speaker for the Ford Select Dealer Reaching NADA Conferences for 2017 and 2018, with over 700 attendees.
